Who do you use for shipping & what are the terms?

We use 'Australia Post' for shipping your items as they are one of the biggest, which means you get your order faster and more secure.

All Items are inspected by Kooshico before being dispatched. Once the item/s have been sent, Kooshico will no longer be responsible for your item/s. We do not take any responsibility for items damaged during shipping with Australia Post.

What are your shipping fees?

All orders Australia-wide receive 'Free Shipping'. 

For international orders please email Kooshico with your location for a direct quote.

How fast will my order be processed and sent?

We can't wait for you to start enjoying your purchases from Kooshico..That's why we work around the clock to send them to you quick sticks. Sometimes your order will be shipped the same day as you submit your order. However, please allow Kooshico (1-3 working days) to process & send your order.

When should I expect my order to arrive?

We try to get your order to you as fast as humanly possible, but please allow (5-7 working days) for your order to arrive.

If you do not receive your order within (10 working days) from the time of order, please email us so we can send our detectives to work and resolve the issue.
