{PAYMENT} What forms of payment do Kooshico accept?
Paying for your products is safe and simple, we accept PayPal & most major credit cards. Please note, that you can also pay using your credit card through PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal balance.
Note - All products are priced in Australian Currency (AUD).
{EXCHANGE/RETURNS} What is Kooshico's exchange/return policy?
We aim to bring colour, life & enjoyment into your home, so we want to make sure that you are completely happy with your purchase. Kooshico accept returns within (14 days) from the date of purchase & only if items are unused, unwashed and in original condition with all tags.
You will just need to cover the postage when sending the item/s back to Kooshico and supply a return satchel with your Name, Address & Phone Number. Please email Kooshico to receive a return address.
Please note - Kooshico do not offer any refunds for change of mind or incorrect choices. Refunds are only issued if an item is faulty and this will be at the discretion of Kooshico. All items are inspected before being dispatched, to ensure you receive a quality product every time.

Kooshico use 'Australia Post' when shipping your item/s. Please allow up to (10 working days) for your item to arrive. If you have not received your item by this time, please email Kooshico so we can find the issue and fix it.
